finally able to download the software and created the NASLite+ CDROM. Boot it up, every was fine until it shows me the console login screen. I tried to use "admin" & "nas" but it won't let me login... keeps saying "Login Incorrect" Evil or Very Mad anyone knows what the password is???

Hello Clifton,

Initial NASLite+ boot must be done with the floppy disk out of the drive. Since the disk does not contain valid configuration, NASLite locks you out. That is normal behavior and is such by design.

Please take a look at the manual. It explains the entire process in detail.
