Hi just been trying out various keys on my system.
I have two Kingston DataTraveler keys both 128mb, one will boot the system and one won't.
On checking the keys one is USB 1.1 and one is USB 2.0, the 1.1 will not boot my motherboard, I have also tried a Lexar jumpdrive 1.1 and this will not boot, and a cheap (unknown name) USB 2.0 which will boot,
so it would seem that my m/b will only work with USB 2.0 keys.
In the bios it lists USB 2.0 and I had assumed it would be backward compatable with USB 1.1 but this does not appear to be the case!
I don't know if others having probs with the keys have tried 1.1 and 2.0 ??
it could be just as simple as that.
Regards

NASLite+ for USB Flash v1.1, available now, uses a modified MBR so compatibility should be greatly improved.
