i cant' seem to get the images to boot up. here's the output:

TCP: Hash tables configured (established 8192 bind 16384)
NET4: Unix domain sockets 1.0/SMP for Linux NET4.0.
end_request: I/O error, dev 02:3c (floppy), sector 1614
end_request: I/O error, dev 02:3c (floppy), sector 1615
end_request: I/O error, dev 02:3c (floppy), sector 1614
end_request: I/O error, dev 02:3c (floppy), sector 1615
RAMDISK: Couldn't find valid RAM disk image starting at 803.
VFS: Insert root floppy and press ENTER

and then apon pressing ENTER (since i dont' have a "root floppy"):

Kernel panic: VFS: Unable tomount root fs on 03:3c

Ive tried this on 2 different computers using 3 different floppy drives, and both the SMB and FTP images. Both computers have had FreeBSD on them (one of them still does). So, any help with this would be appreciated. Oh, also, I sued 3 different Floppy Disks.

Any idea how to get this to work? or what the problem is?

It seems like the floppies are written incorrectly.

Please retry writing them with Linux (as explained in the NAS homepage) or with DOS, read here:

As mentioned, newish floppy disks seem to be far more unreliable than elder ones.
